Q: How long does the vehicle have to sit at the port before it departs?
A: It usually sits at the U.S. Customs for 3 days, before it ships out, when it's released it will depart on the next scheduled Ocean Vessel or Transporter.
Q: Is the vehicle insured against loss and damage?
A: Yes, when the Freight Forward picks up the vehicle he must provide us with Dock Receipt & Insurance Documents; it guarantees us that your investment is properly taken care of.
Q: What documents will I need to provide when the vehicle arrives?
A: You will need to provide the Title or the MSO along with the Original Purchase Order / Buyers Order.
Q: Who pays for the transportation to the port?
A: We do, even though Freight Forwards like to take the vehicle to the port, we contract Towing Companies for that purpose.
Q: How will I get the Original Documents for the purchase?
A: All the Documents are handed over to the Freight Forward, he/she will overnight the Original Documentation to you, via FEDEX or DHL.
